Imagine Dragons have announced the release of their latest album, “Smoke + Mirrors.” To be released in February 2015, this is the highly anticipated follow up to their 2012 “Night Visions” album.

After the band announced via Twitter the release of their new album, it was also revealed that fans who visited the site can also hear another brand new song titled “Gold.”

“Smoke + Mirrors” is currently available for pre-order. Fans can also get free downloads of “Gold” and lead single “I Bet My Life.”

“Gold” is the one of the last songs that frontman Dan Reynolds had written for the album.

“I came home from tour with my head spinning and decided to run away for a bit to the west coast and reflect/write about the last couple years. If you listen closely to the sample of me whistling into my laptop by the ocean, you can hear a wave that crashed while I was recording it. I loved the take because it seemed to crash perfectly in time. It takes me back to that spot every time I hear the song,” he told Billboard.

As previously reported by Music Times, “Gold” carried quite an “experimental” vibe, quite different from what we have heard so far from Imagine Dragons.

Meanwhile, “I Bet My Life” is currently at the 53rd spot on the Billboard Hot 100 for more than five weeks. It’s also the no. 5 song in the Alternative songs category.

Below is the complete tracklist for “Smoke + Mirrors”:

3. Smoke and Mirrors

4. I’m So Sorry
