Director Roland Emmerich broke the news about the wrapping up of “Independence Day: Resurgence” to his fans via Instagram. His excitement was revealed through a picture of a double rainbow captured in the set of Mexico, which he posted along with the piece of information.
Movie Web gave us some interesting insight about what we can look forward to in the flick. The crew boasts about this chapter saying that it will rise to unimaginable levels. A new vehicle, which will be the main ally of Liam Hemsworth, will be introduced this time. The director described it as a “workhorse.” The aliens too would be technologically advanced this time with their hybrid jet.
There is also buzzing excitement about Liam Hemsworth, 25, being the main lead in the much-awaited sequel by replacing Will Smith.
“Independence Day: Resurgence” welcomed new members of the cast that includes Maika Monroe, Angela baby, Jessie Usher and Sela Ward, while Bill Pullman continues to reign in his position. Fans across the globe at present are restless for the trailers of the highly anticipated sequel. The blockbuster hit of 1996 has still not lost its eager fans.
