Jane the Virgin Season 1 Recap: Chapter Twelve

The latest episode of “Jane the Virgin” Season 1 Episode 12 “Chapter Twelve” was crazy, at the same time, shocking. Now, we know who Sin Rostro is, and we didn’t see it coming! Read below for the full recap.

Jane took up the scriptwriting job for Rogelio even if she knows that Dina plans to have Rogelio replaced. At first, Jane thought that she’s a bad woman who just wants fame and to put someone there just because she has a personal relationship with him. It turned out that her father being in the show costs them a lot of money because Rogelio always changes the script and even move show locations.

Meanwhile, Petra was locked up in Lachlan’s suite with Magda, and Raf visited to tell her that he won’t sign her check if she doesn’t do her job. She then met up with Milos just because she really needs the money. Milos revealed to her that the his target was really her mother. Milos asked for forgiveness, and Petra ended up crying. Jane saw her and consoled her. Raf didn’t like the two ladies bonding.

Luisa ran into Jane in the bathroom and gave her a letter to give to Rose, but Raf found it and explained why he just can’t easily forgive and forget what Luisa has done. Raf then went to talk to Rose. Meanwhile, Michael went to a plastic surgeon whom he thinks is working in the secret basement at the hotel. He asked Billy to come with him to create a distraction so that he could easily pull off a patient’s file, and he was able to get evidence that Emilio might just be Sin Rostro and gave Nadine that piece of evidence and accused her of being jealous of Jane, which she quickly denied.

Back to the scriptwriting job, we found out that Nick was actually behind the whole thing who was doing everything on purpose to sabotage Rogelio. Jane still went through with the scriptwriting job and made sure that her father will get the perfect death scene.

Jane still tried to convince Raf to give Luisa’s letter to Rose, and that’s when Raf told her that he thinks his father might be Sin Rostro. Moreover, we saw Emilio murdered by Rose. It turned out Sin Rostro is actually a girl – it’s Rose!
