Jennifer Lawrence is all professional when it comes to working closely with an ex-flame. Lawrence and former boyfriend Nicholas Hoult have reunited once again on the film set  for “X-men: Apocalypse.” Read on for more details.

Lawrence, who plays the mutant shape-shifter “Mystique,” and Hoult, who plays the simian blue hairball “Beast,” have racked up rumors that they will be rekindling their romance anytime soon. Unlike most celebrity couple who avoid each other like the plague, Lawrence and Hoult are cozying up to each other. Everything for now is imaginable as the “Mockingjay” actress has just called it quits with Coldplay frontman Chris Martin.

According to US Weekly, the actress, and the 38-year-old Martin both went their own separate ways due to no longer having a “personal time” for each other. Last December, the pair also had a downtime but managed to reconnect along the way. This time around, though, Lawrence has been spending a lot of time with Hoult. It was due to the filming of the latest X-Men franchise which can be the springboard that the latter can win the former’s heart back.

Recently, 20th Century Fox via Buzzfeed has somewhat reawakened indirectly the relationship between Lawrence and Hoult by releasing a steamy clip of Mystique and Beast to further fan the flame of love. The unreleased scene from “X-Men Days of Future Past” involved a heavy make-out scene between the two mutants. Lawrence and Hoult began dating after the finished “X-Men: First Class” as obviously sparks could not be contained between the two.

Despite all these slight agitations with her recent break-up and an ex-boyfriend just within reach, Lawrence has remained grounded thanks to her new friendship with actress Amy Schumer as reported by Vanity Fair.

“She’s the coolest chick you’ll ever meet,” Schumer said. The only drawback that their friendship had brought though. The stand-up comic explained was that she looked like a coach standing next to the Oscar winner during the photo session.

X-Men: Apocalypse is scheduled for release on May 27, 2016.
