Jessica Lange Not Checking In on ‘AHS:Hotel’ Plus Her Priceless Reaction Towards Lady Gaga’s Casting
The new installment for “American Horror Story” is now in progress and is titled “Hotel.” This has definitely perked up the interests of many, especially when news broke that Lady Gaga is one of the main cast. However, the question still remains, will our supreme queen Jessica Lange be back for another round of “AHS?”
Since the past few months, Ryan Murphy, the creator of the anthology series, has been very honest that he’s been trying to pursue Lange to star again and there was a point when they thought that Lange will take the offer and do “AHS” one more time.
However, Lange has confirmed that she will not be returning to “American Horror Story” this season. She said, “We’ve had a great run. I have absolutely loved doing these four characters, and in all the madness, I loved the writers, actors, Ryan Murphy, the whole insanity of it, the stories, shooting here, shooting in New Orleans, everything. To cut to the chase, yes, I’m done.”
Lange has been a recurring cast member of “American Horror Story” and she has also won several awards for this including two Emmys, A Golden Glove and a SAG award.
And as for Lady Gaga checking in? What does Lange have to say about this? A lot of fans were shocked to hear Lange’s answer during a PaleyFest interview when asked if Lady Gaga’s presence in the show would help change her mind to stay for another season. “What does that mean? I don’t understand the question,” she answered. Lange never answered the question but she did try but eventually gave it up and just rolled her neck around like the supreme queen that she is.
What do you think of Lange not returning anymore for “AHS: Hotel?” Are you sad that she’s leaving? What do you think of her reaction when asked about Lady Gaga? Share your thoughts by posting your comments below!
