Josh Hutcherson Vocal About His New Thriller Short Film; And Plan For ‘Mockingjay’ Press Tour
Josh Hutcherson explains about his new crazy thriller “The Rusted” and also reveals his press tour details and apparent schedule for “Mockingjay – Part 2”. Read on to get the complete scoop.
In one of his recent telephonic interviews with MTV News, the 22 years old American actor and producer Josh Hutcherson spilled some interesting news about his upcoming plans and projects.
“The Rusted” seems to be very close to Josh’s heart since he enthusiastically explained that he had been actively involved with the project right from its very inception, all the way to the final product.
“The Rusted” is a psychological thriller, in which Josh re-unites with his “Hunger Games” co-star Jena Malone, who play siblings. This short film for Canon’s Project Imagination revolves around the siblings re-doing their childhood home to set up a recording studio, during which they come across eerie events and dig out deep, dark secrets.
“These characters have their own past traumas that are haunting them still,” Josh said. “The idea that something that happens in your life that is traumatic can stay with you your whole life to the point where you hallucinate things that aren’t really there — that’s kind of scary, and I hope that doesn’t happen to me.”
Attention “Hunger Games” fans!
Josh Hutcherson is all set to take off for his press tour for “Mockingjay – 2.” This time he intends to enjoy his favorite cities during the tour, rather than having a crazy, restless trip like his previous ones. He plans on having some more breathing room. The crew plans on re-visiting Berlin, where the project was finally concluded and wrapped up. Josh seems to be excited to go back there re-live the memories and all the fun moments spent there during the shoot.
The “Bridge to Terabithia” superstar is definitely not in a mood for a break.
