‘Jurassic World 2’ Update: Dino Park Not Included In Sequel,Favourite Characters Will Not Return!
The work on “Jurassic World” went on for almost ten years and it was all worth the wait as it managed to fetch $651 million dollars in domestic and $1.6 billion worldwide at the box office.
“Jurassic World” became one of the most successful films in 2015 and it was speculated that the sentimental longing of the movie’s glossy new special effects has been one of the main reasons why it appealed to the moviegoers. Meanwhile, “Jurassic World 2” is expected to hit the big screen in 2018 and production team is still on the run talking about big changes for the movie. Changes suggest that the famous dino park would not be featured in the sequel.
Director Colin Trevorrow tells in an interview that having unreturned favourite characters in the film is about stepping out of the Jurassic World from the Jurassic Park to appeal to an entirely new audience of the franchise.
While the old fans are quite disappointed with this, Bryce Dallas Howard offered her thoughts on bringing back some of the original cast of “Jurassic World 2”, Movie Pilot reported. They believe that having the standalone movie could give an essence of continuity to the original ones. She also added that like one of the fan who watches the original film, she would totally be excited with the idea.
Meanwhile, it has been reported that “Jurassic World 2” will have something to do about what B.D. Wong’s said in the last summer’s blockbuster, “We’re not always going to be the only ones who can make a dinosaur”, Cinema Blend reported. Trevorrow also added that he likes the idea that everything will not be limited just by theme parks and that there are applications that reach far beyond entertainment from science.
“Jurassic World 2” is expected to release on June 22, 2018.
