Justin Bieber Misses Selena Gomez? ‘Where Are U Now’ Music Video Revealed It
It seems like the word “moving on” is not in the vocabulary of Justin Bieber as he once again made the Jelena fans’ heart flutter when Selena Gomez’ name was shown in his music video.
JB dropped his latest music video for his newest single, Skrillex and Diplo’s “Where Are You Now” in which fans see a new side of Justin. The video includes graffiti made by the people who were asked to come into a gallery to put some drawings over photos of Justin’s face.
According to HollywoodLife, the 21-year-old singer included a drawing of himself with a word bubble that reads, “I Miss You, Selena!” At one point, according to ET, during the trippy, colorful, blinking video, the writing spells out “Where R Now, Selena.”
Based on Skrillex and Diplo’s statement, Justin wrote the song during the tough time of his life. They also stated that sometimes, it comes to them that as artists, they are also just objects and they have to take that (fact) as much as they have to use that to create.
“We all do this for you, respect that you put us here and it’s Ü that made the video,” they added.
As the song went to charts, many fans speculated that this new single of Justin B. is really for his ex-girlfriend Selena because of its lyrics; “Now I’m all alone and my joys turned to moping/Tell me, where are you now that I need you? / When you broke down I didn’t leave ‘ya/I was by your side.” And based on the viewers and listeners of his song, the lyrics clearly show JB and Selena’s on and off relationship.
But, just like their complicated and confusing love-hate relationship, the music video was also pretty confusing. According to HollywoodLife, fans immediately notice the words “Jelena 5ever” written on a wall and blatantly crossed out with a big X but along side with this picture, JB is also seen having graffiti messages about Selena, leading fans wonder if the song is really for Selena or not.
