Justin Bieber’s Roasters for Upcoming Comedy Central Roast Now Revealed
Fans have only days to count before we finally get to see Justin Bieber to be roasted in Comedy Central. In their recent announcement, the studio has finally revealed the line-up of the special’s roasters.
On Thursday, March 5, Comedy Central tweeted the line-up of Justin Bieber’s roasters for the upcoming special this month. And as if to add to the pressure, they added, “@KevinHart4real already told ’em: “go hard,” referring to comedian Kevin Hart, who is a good friend of Bieber and was previously confirmed to be the highly-acclaimed Roast Master.
The list of roasters include Hannibal Buress, Chris D’Elia, rappers Snoop Dogg and Ludacris, Natasha Leggero, basketball player Shaquille O’Neal, regular roaster Jeffrey Ross and TV personality Martha Stewart. Aside from that, Comedy Central will also be adding in one or two surprise roasters and special guests to bring up the party.
Looks like this isn’t going to be an easy ride for Bieber!
Regarding his becoming the Roast Master for Comedy Central’s special on Bieber, Hart said in his statement, “I don’t normally do roasts, but I had to step out for my guy Biebs… It’s his big 21 (Bieber celebrated his birthday on March 1). It’s about to be operation roast everyone’s ass.”
Bieber, on the other hand, didn’t seem to be at all worried about his being roasted, in fact, he’s excited about it. In an interview with Ellen DeGeneres, Bieber explained that the reason why he was happy is because he considers the upcoming roast to be a way for him to laugh things off and probably move on for the better.
‘The Comedy Central Roast of Justin Bieber’ will be recorded at the Sony Studios next Saturday on March 14. The show will then premiere in Comedy Central on Monday, March 30 at 10 p.m. ET/PT.
