Kate Hudson and Jennifer Aniston in Talks to Work with Julia Roberts for a Holiday-Themed Movie
The upcoming movie “Mother’s Day” is surely going to be a hit. Read on.
According to IBTimes, director Garry Marshall is in talks with Kate Hudson, Jennifer Aniston and Jason Sudeikis to star in the show and that being said, if all goes well, these three will be joining Julia Roberts who is reportedly already set to do the film.
“Mother’s Day” is set to start filming this Aug. 2015. It will feature different characters who are all connected in some way while “they deal with the holiday chaos.”
This isn’t the first time that Marshall gathered a star-studded cast for his project and this is definitely not his first holiday-themed movie. He directed “Valentine’s Day” in 2010 and “New Year’s Eve” in 2011. Both films have stellar cast and have been very successful.
In fact, Marshall is one of the people that launched Roberts’ career as well. She starred in Marshall’s “Pretty Woman” in 1990, which made her really famous and she returned to work with Marshall in “Runaway Bride” and “Valentine’s Day.”
That being said, these two are quite a pair!
As for Hudson, if ever she takes on the project, this isn’t going to be her first time to work with the director as well because Marshall worked with her in “Raising Helen” in 2004.
With Marshall’s reputation as an awesome director, we don’t have to question anymore if “Mother’s Day” is going to be awesome or not. He has a streak for success and we are definitely looking forward to this movie.
