Dressed in Jenny Packham creation, Kate Middleton looked absolutely elegant at a children's charity event at the Queen's Gallery in Kensington Palace on Nov. 19, 2014.  She looked absolutely healthy after overcoming acute nausea because of her second pregnancy.

Daily Mail reported that the Duchess of Cambridge recently went to the Kensington Palace State as the guest of honor at the Place2be Wellbeing in Schools Awards for children's mental health. She met a finalist in the child champion award, Georgia Alvey, from Cotsford Junior School in County Durham.

She was clad in a dark blue Jenny Packham skirt with a belted sheer-sleeve Hobbs peplum blouse and Temple of Heaven drop earrings.  It was also reported that Jenny Packham is her longtime favorite brand.  Being a great philanthropist, Middleton supports various charitable organizations.  The royal lately made headlines for the noble cause. She wrote three inspiriting letters to Fabian Bate, a 12-year-old cancer patient whom she met in 2011. The letters were buried with him after he passed away on Nov. 9, 2014.

According to E! Online, the British royals will visit USA in December. Prince William and the Duchess, who are expecting their second child, will attend engagements together in New York City on behalf of the British government and their charitable organizations on Dec. 7 and 9, 2014. Prince George will stay behind in England. The trip will mark Middleton’s first overseas visit since a visit to Malta in September was canceled because she was suffering severe nausea.

The couple will attend a number of events including:

  1. Visit to the World Trade Center site
  2. Visit to the 9/11 memorial
  3. A trip to a basketball game to launch a new collaboration between the Royal Foundation, the United for Wildlife nonprofit organization and America's National Basketball Association (NBA)
  4. Attend an event to celebrate British contributions to creative industries
  5. On the final night, attend the University of St Andrews' 600th anniversary dinner at the Metropolitan Museum of Art

Additionally the Duke will also make a solo trip to Washington DC to attend an anti-corruption conference at the World Bank and give a speech about the trade of illegal wildlife parts.
