Six months pregnant, Kate Middleton made a private visit to Bethlem and Maudsley Hospital School in Beckenham, Kent on Feb.9, 2015. At the school, attended by children suffering from mental health problems, the Duchess spent an hour-and-a-half meeting with the kids and staff.
