Kate Middleton’s Preparations for the Second Royal Baby
There is still a lot of waiting to do for the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s second baby, but rumors were already circulating about them having a baby girl. Kate Middleton is reported to have done her part in the baby preparations, which possibly led to the baby gender rumors. Read on to know Middleton’s baby preps.
First, clothes shopping. People reported that Middleton was spotted purchasing pink baby garments at Amaia boutique. One of the store’s owners, Segolene Tresca, claimed that Middleton was excited during her shopping trip. Adding the points that Middleton seemed to have fuller facial features and bigger hips compared to the first pregnancy, it is already concluded by some people that it would be a baby girl.
Next, Middleton assured that she has the most reliable gynecologist. HollywoodLife.com reported that her previous doctor, Guy Thorpe Beeston, is returning for Middleton’s second labor. He is known to be the top surgeon-gynecologist of the royal family.
About the nanny, an insider told People that Middleton agreed to hire just one nanny for the meantime. Maria Borrallo is working with the royal family since 2014 and currently takes care of Prince George.
Are we missing something? That’s right, a trustworthy hospital is also needed. St. Mary’s Hospital in London started to post “No parking” signs at the Lindo Wing. The signs are going to stay until April 30.
Lastly, painting the baby’s room is a no-brainer. The site continued to report that Annie Sloan, an interior design company in Oxford, was supplying girly paint color samples to the Queen’s Norfolk Sandringham Estate, Anmer Hall. Anmer Hall is also the couple’s current home. Annie Sloan allegedly sent the colors Henrietta, pink mixed with a little lilac, Emile, pink with a hint of red, and Antoinette, pink with a small touch of brown.
The liter equivalent of the sent paint samples has a price tag “fit for a princess,” MailOnline added. Annie Sloan sells a liter of each sample for £18.95, more costly than the Middleton Pink of Farrow & Ball.
The couple’s first son, Prince George, is already 18 months old. Kensington Palace has not made any comment as yet regarding the gender of Prince George’s sibling.
Annie Sloan also has no confirmation regarding the rumors.
