Katy Perry joins John Mayer for their 1st ever live performance together
Katy Perry and John Mayer spread their love on Tuesday. Perry joined her boyfriend on stage during his Paradise Valley US tour to sing ‘Who You Love.’ It was the song’s first ever live performance which was held at New York’s Barclays Center.
Mayer invited to the stage Katy Perry by announcing to the crowd “I’d like to welcome to the stage someone we all love, Miss Katy Perry,” Mayer said as the crowd roared for the “Roar” singer.
As they belted out the romantic ballad the couple danced and looked at each other in shear love and romance.
Perry greeted Mayer with a kiss for his encore performance during their first ever live duet together.
Mayer opted to sing some of his old fan favorites on Tuesday including “Gravity,” “Slow Dancing in a Burning Room,” “I Don’t Trust Myself (With Loving You)” and “Who Says.”
He even sang “Half of My Heart,” which was his popular 2009 duet with Taylor Swift. Oooo, we hope Katy wasn’t jealous about that.
Over all it was a great performance with the two lovers feeding off the crowd’s energy and putting on a show and got a great response.
