According to a backstage interview with E!, the thriving model isn’t resting. Even after basking in the glory of success, she works hard for her worthwhile looks.
“My beauty secret for fashion week is just getting a good amount of sleep,” “I feel like I at least need about seven hours, eight hours of sleep to function,” said Kendall to E! News.
In addition to youth, it is hardwork that keeps Kendall glowing on those catwalks.
“I usually start my day off with a cup of detox tea. I have like 12 cups a day,” admitted Kendall. Her favorite brand is Kusmi Detox Tea, a kind of lemongrass-green tea which you can find here at Tea & Things for £13.90. Kendall is focused on eating absolutely hygienic and low-caloric diet, explaining that her meals are laden with fruits, vegetables and proteins. Her backstage snack of choice is Apples.
Above and beyond beauty products and diet routine though, “The Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star revealed the one secret she swears by during fashion season — eight hours of sleep.
