‘Kill Bill 3’ Update: Director Quentin Tarantino To Make Uma Thurman Come Back [Watch Video]
“Kill Bill” director, Quentin Tarantino is in news lately as his new movie, “The Hateful Eight” is releasing before the year ends on Christmas. Since he is back in publicity circuit, he is being asked end numbers of questions, especially about “Kill Bill 3.”
Everyone is curious to know, would he make the movie and would Uma Thurman return in the movie? In an interview to “What The Flick” lately, 52-year-old Tarantino, has finally subtly hinted that if the movie is to be made, he would reunite with 45-year-old actress, Thurman.
He said, “There is definitely a possibility, [I’ll] stop short of saying a probability.” He added that there is one particular reason that he and Thurman would have a great time working together on the movie sets.
“Kill Bill: Volume 1” and “Volume 2” were released in 2003 and 2004 respectively. In both the movies, the main role was played by Thurman. She also won 2 Golden Globe Award nominations and 1 BAFTA Award nomination for her role.
The duology is story of a woman who seeks revenge against those who betrayed her and let her down. Tarantino delivers a bloody tale where a woman is hunting all those people who left her to die. Fans had loved the movie and wanted a follow up movie to come.
Tarantino, in the interview to Ben Mankiewicz, also disclosed the reason for so much gap between “Kill Bill: Volume 2” and “Kill Bill 3.” He said that he wanted that Thurman’s character should “have time for peace.” He continued and said that he wanted to give her the time to spend with her daughter and have some recreation.
Tarantino definitely is proud of the duology. He summed it as his visionary films. He has talked in detail about the the duology. The interview can be watched below!
