World renowned singer Adele has come up with a huge surprise and her immediate plans of staying fit and healthy. It has been contented that the singing diva has sidelined her ideas of drinking tea.
Adele reveals that she has never experienced such an energetic lifestyle and this has been only possible after she has left her habit. She explains that earlier she used to have almost 10 cups of tea in a day, “I used to drink 10 cups a day with two sugars in each so I was on 20 sugars a day. Now I don’t drink it and I have more energy than ever.”
She also contented in all her humor that she has made a comeback with not only her world famous hit but also has planned to cut off those extra fats. Taking tea in access amounts has been one of the reasons why the singer was unable to reduce weight for a longer time, but now it seems she has found a correct way out.
The 27 years old singer is now happy about adopting this fitness mantra, after all cutting 20 sugars a day can prove to be very helpful. As per the UK’s National Health Service (NHS), it has been recommended not to have more than 30 g of added sugars in a day. By not following strict diet rules, many health effects can be visible that might prove to be bad for body’s metabolism.
Keeping her busy schedule in mind, energy factor is very important for her to grow and keep working for her concerts and social events.
Adele has also explained that she never liked going to the gym and doing regular exercises in-order to reduce carbs. It will be quite interesting to see what else Adele plans to remain fit in future.
