Kristen Stewart Shooting For Horror Flick ‘Personal Shopper’ In Oman
The “Twilight” fame actress Kristen Stewart was recently spotted in Oman while shooting for her horror flick “Personal Shopper.” The film is directed by Olivier Assayas, who has also directed “Clouds of Sils Maria” featuring Stewart. The film is about a ghost story which happens in a fashion world.
According to Gulf News, 25-year-old Kristen Stewart will be shooting at various locations in the middle-east, including Muscat, Bahla and Nizwa provinces of Oman. It will also feature the locations of renowned Bahla Historical Fort. Stewart was spotted at the airport last week during her arrival in Oman along with some crew members.
It is claimed that Bahla province of Oman is one of the most terrifying places on the planet. There have been many cases reported of people feeling weird at those locations and there have several spine chilling stories. The province is also listed on the national geographic as one of the scariest places in the world.
Bahla is a place famous for black magic, cult and spiritual activities worldwide. There have been unexplained phenomenon’s occurring and people believe there in traditional healing. Indeed the location seems perfect for the horror flick and it will be interesting to watch Stewart in a role a bit similar to the vampire cult series.
Kristen Stewart has been selecting the films very carefully now and it seems evident after her performance in “Clouds of Sils Maria” which brought the prestigious Cesar award for her. Stewart is the first American actress to receive the Cesar award.
“Personal Shopper” is slated to release next year.
