Kristen Taekman Bids Goodbye To ‘The Housewives of New York City’
Famous American television series “The Real Housewives of New York City,” will soon bid farewell to one of its housewife, Kristen Taekman.
“My experience during my time on RHONY was fantastic and I made some great new friends.At this time in my life, I have decided to concentrate on my family and my new business ventures Pop of Color nail polish and Last Night’s Look, my fashion blog. I will remain a Housewife and part of an amazing franchise forever and that is what is important,” Kristen reveals E! News in a recent interview.
While Kristen’s appearance in the series has been prominent in season six when she joined and in season seven as well, the actress was added to the cast along with Ramona Singer, Sonja Morgan, Heather Thomson, Carole Radziwill, Luann de Lesseps, Bethenny Frankel and Dorinda Medley.
It has also been revealed that Kristen will not be returning in the next season. However, US Weekly reported that the rest of the cast will be seen in upcoming eighth season and the production schedule is on. After getting into a hilarious fight with RHONY veteran Singer, the 38-year-old actress made a huge sensation.
The recent season has been action free for Taekman. It was also revealed that her husband Josh Taekman had been on online dating site, Ashley Madison. This came to be into the news when subscriber information of millions of followers was leaked by hackers. While Josh had apologized for this and admitted that he had registered on the website.
“I signed up for the site foolishly and ignorantly with a group of friends and I deeply apologize for any embarrassment or pain I have brought to my wife and family. We both look forward to moving past this and getting on with our lives.” Josh said.
