According to E! Online, “The Born This Way” singer is upbeat on coming back to the FX series even though “no deal is in place” as of the moment and as long as it will hamper her touring schedule.

Lady Gaga made this confirmation during an interview with E! News’ Kristin Dos Santos in which she added that, “I think I’d like to do like one great acting project a year. I think one a year would be great.”

Gaga who portrays a blood-thirsty countess loosely-based on Elizabeth Bathory on Hotel had received praises for her television debut during the show’s initial start, as reported by Billboard. Show creator Ryan Murphy and her aforementioned co-stars Bates and Bomer were synonymous in calling the musician, “lovely, a total pro, and TERRIFYINGLY GENIUS in her role.”

Gaga, who is still working out plans for her fifth studio album told Entertainment Weekly, last August, that her next musical output will parallel her experiences on the macabre show.

“It will inform me from this day forward, everyday more and more,” Gaga revealed her upcoming inspiration which will be closer to “the art of darkness.”

The fifth installment also stars Sarah Paulson, Angela Bassett, Cathy Bates, Wes Bentley, Matt Bomer, Denis O’ Hare, Evan Peters and Cheyene Jackson. Jessica Lange, who has been in the first four seasons, has won herself two Emmys.

Overall, the first four seasons has been nominated 71 times while winning 13 awards. Freakshow, the fourth installment was the most watched premiere in the history of the FX Network. Hotel’s premiere, however, placed itself on the second spot.
