‘The Last Witch Hunter:’ New Promo Art Shows Vin Diesel’s Character Ready to Hunt Evil Witches

This definitely is another epic character in the making from Vin Diesel. The movie, which will be out next month, has already gained quite an appropriate amount of attention and promotion that it needs. The whole credit for it goes to Vin Diesel, his consolidated position as an action hero, something that he showed in “Furious 7.” A latest promo art gives you a better look at Vin’s character as an immortal witch hunter and signifies why he is the best choice for it.

According to ComicBookMovie.com, two new posters for the supernatural thriller starring Vin alongside Eijah Wood, Michael Caine and Rose Leslie have recently been released. The poster gives you a more in depth look at Vin’s character Kaulder who is an immortal witch hunter from 13th Century. A detailed synopsis has also been released along with the two new posters and states that today’s modern world holds many secrets but the most terrible secret that it holds is the presence of witches amongst us even today. The reason their existence is terrible, it is because they intent on unleashing death to the human race. But as they say where there’s bad, there’s bound to be good too.

Witch hunters are the ones who have been fighting this evil force for centuries and amongst the warriors is the most valiant of all called Kaulder. Kaulder is the only one who managed to kill the Queen Witch, but had to pay a huge price for it. Before the Queen Witch died, she cursed Kaulder with her own immortality, that further led to him being separated from his family and roam the earth looking for and killing witches.

It is only in the present time that the Queen Witch is resurrected and seeks revenge on Kaulder who must do everything in his capability to stop and kill her again before she annihilates the entire human race.

Blastr had earlier reported that a sequel to the movie is already being planned even before the first installment releases. Vin Diesel himself on his Facebook page shared the news about the same. Looking at the promos, one can at least tell that it will be exciting to see the movie. Whether or not the movie hits the jackpot remains to be seen when it releases on October 23rd.
