Lea Michele Talks About Her Favourite TV Shows and Women’s Empowerment

Lea Michele recently confessed to being hooked to UnREAL, a reality TV show spoof that lampoons the shows like the extremely popular ‘The Bachelorette’ which recently closed with a shocking season finale that had the whole of internet and television media talking.

Lea Michele has a new obsession. She asked Us Magazine, “My new obsession? Are you watching UnREAL?” The Scream Queens star confessed to being addicted to the TV show, “UnREAL,” at a recent campaign event for empowerment of women called the #ActuallySheCan campaign.

The event was held in West Hollywood and Lea told the press, “I am sharing my #ActuallySheCan story so I can help motivate and encourage all women to share their individual journeys and goals, so we can collectively help each other reach milestones. There is nothing more gratifying than seeing a woman leave her mark.”

Michele got frivolous later and told the reporters from US Magazine that she was less obsessed with ‘The Bachelorette’ now that she was watching ‘UnREAL’. Apparantly Emma Roberts told her about it and she said that she just had to watch it to love it. Michele also updated US Magazine on the fact that she was also keenly following the show, ‘Naked and Afraid.’ “Right now, I love Naked and Afraid,” she revealed. “I’m embarrassed. It’s so good.”

The Glee star is also a humongous fan of Showtime’s Ray Donovan. “I’m so deep into Ray Donovan right now, it’s crazy,” she said.

Michele is also a fan of Bravo’s Real Housewives series. “Obviously, my Housewives,” she noted. “Right now, I’m watching New York and OC. Love my girl Carole! Carole Radziwill! — she’s my girl, so I’ve got to watch her and support her! That’s my excuse. Ugh, it’s like amazing.”

We love to follow Real Housewives of Orange County too. Apparantly, Michele has the same taste in TV Shows as us.
