‘LeBron James’ on NBA Finals Loss: ‘I’m not Happy with the Way Things Turned Out…’
This year’s NBA Finals was tough especially for LeBron James and after his team’s loss, King James has finally broken his silence and talked about it. What does he have to say?
Sure, James stepped it up this year with an average of 35 points per game but it wasn’t enough and he faced a tough rival this year, the Golden State Warriors who took home the crown. And after going on a social media hiatus when “Zero dark thirty-23” was activated, he decided to speak up again.
So now that he has collected his thoughts, he finally opened up about the loss by taking it on his social media:
“It hurt to lose. I’ve been in a funk lately, but this… this is what motivates me to do what I do. How can I ever be down when I know my kids and my fans have my back? Being back home and back with my fans is everything that I dreamed of. Thank you for an incredible season. I’m not satisfied… I’m not happy with the way things turned out… I PROMISE to get better. #StriveForGreatness #ILoveTheseKids #GodBlessOurFans.”
Along with this humbling and heartwarming message, James posted a photo of his two beautiful kids preparing for the Six Flags ride Tatsu.
He lost this year, but he surely has the best support from his family and that’s enough.
Better luck next year, then. This is going to be exciting!
