Where We Left Off: Fall TV 2014 – MONDAYS
Television is about to start another season in a couple of weeks. After the long summer, you may have already forgotten how your favorite Monday shows have ended last season. Not to worry, though, because we’re here to give you a refresher for Fall TV 2014. Read further to read about where the shows left off.
MONDAY SHOWS. Please note that this is a round-up of shows that air only on broadcast networks, specifically: ABC, CBS, FOX, NBC and The CW. It does not include cable shows and streaming sites.
Returning: Sept. 10, 2014
Berlin, who was in a plane crash, lived and went after Red, killing Malik and injuring Cooper in the process. Liz once again confronted Red about her father, but Red insisted that he died in a fire. The clincher to the episode was the revelation that Red had burn scars on his back.
Returning: Sept. 15, 2014
Castle and Beckett were about to get married, but Castle met an accident. Someone pushed his car off a cliff, and Castle has gone missing.
Returning: Sept. 22, 2014
It was revealed that Henry is Ichabod’s son and also one of the Four Horseman (War). Abbie remained in Purgatory, and her sister Jenny was in an accident because of the Headless.
The Big Bang Theory
Returning: Sept. 22, 2014 then moving to Thursdays in October
Leonard and Penny are finally engaged. When they decided that they should live together, it upset Sheldon. Worse, Stuart’s comic book store has burned down, and work has not been great for him too. He’s still not sure which field of study to pursue, so Sheldon left town. The upside, at least for Amy, was that they had their first kiss. Meanwhile, the Bernadette and Howard hired Stuart to be Howard’s mother’s caretaker, and Raj had sex with Emily.
Returning: Sept. 29, 2014
Violet finally gave birth and then gave the baby up for adoption. Bonnie and Alvin kissed while Alvin was recuperating at the hospital. It looked like they’re back together. Christy received her one-year chip from AA.
NCIS: Los Angeles
Returning: Sept. 29, 2014
The team searched for Callen and Sam, who were in a submarine, trapped and surrounded by terrorists. Hetty was brought to D.C. to give clarity to the White Ghost operation. Kensi and Deeks’ relationship forged forward, but then Talia, the ex, entered the picture.
Returning: Oct. 6, 2014
Klaus and Hayley had a baby girl, whom they named Hope. The baby is a hybrid, but in order to keep her safe from the witches, Klaus sent the baby away with Rebekah, his sister, with Marcel’s help. Also, the rest of the Originals — Esther and possibly Finn — returned with new bodies.
2 Broke Girls
Returning: Oct. 8, 2014
Caroline was instrumental in helping Max with her American History finals. Thus, Max was able to finally graduate in high school. The two headed to Rhode Island, Max’s hometown, as they planned on getting in touch with Max’s mom.
