Leonardo DiCaprio to Visit India in Support of Climate Change Documentary
Recently, he was in news for planning and acquiring rights for developing a flick on the scandal which happened in the German car company, Volkswagen and also for his rumored model girlfriend Kelly Rohrbach but now the “Titanic” star, Leonardo DiCaprio is in news for supporting a documentary on climate change for which he is visiting the capital of India at the end of this month. Yes, the talented actor will land here in Delhi on Oct. 29, 2015. DiCarpio will stay here for four days and promote the untitled documentary film which is all about exploring the climate change crisis of present time in a different and more effective manner that has not been done before, revealed the Indian daily The Indian Express.
“The Wolf of Wall Street” star will join the Padma Shri Awardee and Centre for Science and Environment’s director general Sunita Narain. She is also Society for Environmental Communications’ director and a fortnightly magazine titled “Down To Earth’s” publisher. The seriousness of the issue of air pollution can be seen with the numbers of people (80) dying on a daily basis from it.
The “The Great Gatsby” superstar is currently waiting for the release of his upcoming movie “The Revenant” which is in post-production stage and slated for release on Dec. 25, 2015.
