What Liam Hemsworth Truly Feels During Sex Scenes? ‘The Dressmaker’ Actor Revealed [Watch]
Unlike his ex-girlfriend, Miley Cyrus, Liam Hemsworth HATES stripping down and filming steamy sex scenes! But, why? “The Dressmaker” actor revealed the reason in his latest interview. Read on for more details.
The 25-year-old Australian actor, Hemsworth, is one of the hottest and most talked-about stars in Hollywood these days. His acting, and especially his body is what his fangirls really admire, but who would have thought that though this hunk over here has that banging body to show, he is, in fact, one AWKWARD actor when he needs to strip down or when he needs to film a steamy sex scene!
In his latest interview with E! News at the Toronto International Film Festival, Hemsworth revealed that stripping down for movie roles makes him feel very “uncomfortable,” “awkward” and “weird.”
“The Dressmaker” actor, who plays the role of Teddy McSwiney, Kate Winslet character’s [Myrtie ‘Tilly’ Dunnage] love interest in their upcoming movie, revealed that it’s “always pretty awkward when you have to take off your pants in front of a crew and other actors and all that stuff.”
Hemsworth added that when he’s in a scene and the cameras are rolling, he don’t feel uncomfortable—he’s just being the character of the story, but when the director yells out “cut!” that’s when things get so weird in his part.
“As soon as it’s cut and you’re standing around in your underwear and you’re chatting to the crew and there’s guys doing stuff, that’s when it’s weird and uncomfortable,” the actor revealed. (Watch the video here.)
On the other hand, Hemsworth’s film, according to HollywoodLife.com, premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival on September 14. The film received positive reviews from critics.
The film follows the story of Tilly, who returns to her small town in Australia to take care of her mother and get revenge to the people who wronged her. There, she will meet Hemsworth character, Teddy, who will be her love interest… and the rest is history.
