Adam Levine along with his pop rock band “Maroon 5” are said to be in extensive talks for the performance during halftime of Super Bowl 50 next year. Levine and band are the front runners of the list that include “Coldplay” and “Bruno Mars” too. The Super Bowl event is known for their surprise musical breaks it is one of the most watched events of the year too. According to Billboard, the 2014 Super Bowl performances by “Bruno Mars” with guests “Red Hot Chili Peppers” were widely praised by the viewers. The event was marked with the highest viewership rating this year by Katy Perry and Missy Elliott.
Perry gave a marvellous performance combining her act with performed with dancing sharks and giant golden lion this year which received many accolades.
“Bruno Mars,” along with “Maroon 5” are being considered as the top two runners for the gig the annual extravaganza. The earlier performances drew up to 121 million viewers for the event and it is speculated that this year it will cross the last benchmark.
None of the band mates of “Maroon 5” or Adam Levine has made any statement regarding the event as of now.
The half century event is said to be the biggest event of the bowling up till now. Super Bowl 50 will happen at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California and is scheduled for to air on February 7, 2016 (CBS).
