Marry Me Spoiler: Move Me
“Marry Me” Season 1 Episode 2 “Move Me” will air on Tuesday, Oct. 21, 2014, at 9:00 p.m. on NCB. Now that they’re officially engaged, Jake will settle down Annie’s apartment, which should be a wonderful idea. But Annie will start to feel claustrophobic. Read the details of the episode below, but before that, let’s take a step back and go over what happened in the pilot.
Previously in the pilot episode of “Marry Me,” Annie (Casey Wilson) was upset at Jake (Ken Marino) for failing to ask her to marry him while they were on a romantic holiday in Mexico. She ranted for about two minutes, shouting insults at Jake’s friends and mother, while not realizing that Jake actually had a plan for the proposal. What’s worse was that their friends and Jake’s mother knew of this plan, and they were, in fact, hiding at her apartment while Annie was ranting. They heard everything, and Annie ruined her own engagement party.
Deciding to make this right, Annie re-proposed to Jake while he was at work, in front of all of Jake’s co-workers. It should’ve been good, but then his boss learned that the time off Jake took from work was not because of his father, he was actually in Mexico. Jake lost his job because of this, and he was more upset with Annie. Why must she be so consumed by grand gestures and productions?
But Jake realized that despite Annie’s faults, he truly loved her and so, accidentally finding themselves in the restaurant where they first met, they made their engagement official. Third time’s the charm!
The episode also featured flashbacks of their first meeting and the first time they said their “I love yous” to each other, as well as Annie trying to patch up with the people she insulted, including Jake’s mom.
Spoiler Alert: “Marry Me” Season 1 Episode 2 “Move Me” will air on Tuesday, Oct. 21, 2014, at 9:00 p.m. on NCB.
Jake will finally move into Annie’s apartment, which should not be a bother as they have been staying at each other’s places before. But then, Annie will start feeling a little uneasy about not having the whole place to herself. It’s not the same when one is permanently sharing this with someone. Annie will tell her two dads that she’s experiencing claustrophobia and the situation is causing some stress.
On the flipside to this episode, Gil (John Gemberling) will come across an all-you-can-eat buffet with really reasonable rates. He will think that maybe he can save on money if he eats here, but that would mean he would never leave the place, doesn’t it?
The show have Tymberlee Hill and Sarah Wright in the episode as well.
