Jonathan Bennett, who is best known for his portrayal of Aaron Samuels in the 2004 hit comedy “Mean Girls” revealed that a “Mean Girls” reunion movie is never going to happen.
According to Us Weekly, Jonathan Bennett said that he is fed up of people asking him this question and if someone will ever ask him about the possibility of “Means Girls” reunion he is going to kill them.
There’s not going to be a “Mean Girls” reunion! Stop trying to make it happen!” he said
The 2004 hit comedy film, stars Lindsay Lohan (Cady Heron), Rachel McAdams (Regina George), Tina Fey (Ms. Norbury), Amanda Seyfried (Karen Smith) and Lacey Chabert (Gretchen Wieners).
In 2014, when Entertainment Weekly asked the cast of “Mean Girls” about the possibility of having a reunion movie, Lindsay openly said that a “Mean Girls” sequel would be amazing and there is always a possibility for the reunion.
“To work with everyone involved in ‘Mean Girls’ again would be an honor. It was such a good experience. I think it would be really cool,” she said.
One thing’s for sure though, if there will be a sequel to “Mean Girls” people are still going to watch it. It may be ten years since the film came out but we can all still imagine “The Plastics” walking down the hallway like it was just yesterday.
