Meet ‘Calgary’s Worst Driver’ [WATCH VIDEO]

Most of the time, there are YouTube video titles that are used in exaggeration just to get the public’s attention. But in other cases, the title fits the video perfectly, and there’s nothing else you can do but wonder how that person has gained such reputation.

Take for example the YouTube video entitled “Calgary’s Worst Driver” that’s currently trending in social media.

The video in question shows a female driver who tries to back out of a parking space in a snowy parking lot. While it isn’t too difficult to get out of the parking area, this woman turned out to be really bad at attempting to exit the lot.

The nearly five-minute video will make you cringe in horror as the woman driver tries to back out of the area. The video of appears to be a footage taken by a surveillance camera situated at a business establishment on 4000 block Manilla Road S.E. It took the female driver up to five minutes to try and leave her parking space and, in the process, cause some damage to another car parked behind her.

The title “Calgary’s Worst Driver” was given to her by Cst. Jeremy Shaw, the police digital communications office for Calgary police. Shortly after, the Calgary police tracked down the driver and fined her for “unsafe backing.” She received a ticket for $115.

If you think you’re a bad driver, you might want to give up your spot to this woman, whomever she may be.

The video, which was posted on Thursday, has already received over seven million views. In line with this video, the Alberta Motor Association (AMA) has started to offer their courses on “safe backing.” With this, the woman driver should probably attend one of their courses so she can learn to be a better driver.

Do you know someone else who drives like this? Or do you have someone who you believe could top the stunt that this woman pulled? You may send us the link to your video on the comments section below.
