Michael Schumacher’s Health is Improving, Luca di Montezemolo Dedicates His award to Formula One champion
Thanks to the ski helmet that saved the life of Michael Schumacher. After almost two years of Formula One champion’s ski severe accident in the French Alps while crossing an off-piste area between Piste Chamois and Piste Mauduit, he is said to be gradually convalescing and that raises a ray of hope among his fans.
The seven-time Formula One World Champion is trying to get triumph over the most difficult race in his life as he is battling to recover from traumatic brain injury that led him to barbiturate-induced coma. Yibada reported that as the news broke out of his gradual recovery, Ferrari showed support for the charismatic person who is a seven-time Formula One World Champion.
During the end of July, when ex-Ferrari president, Luca di Montezemolo, was inducted into the Automotive “Hall of Fame,” he dedicated his award to Schumacher saying that it was dedicated to him because he has been trying to win his toughest race.
“I don’t know if I would have received this award without him,” said Montezemolo, as reported by Express.
On September 2014, Schumacher was brought back to his home for further rehabilitation and after a month or two he was “paralyzed and in a wheelchair” and he lost his memory as well as his speaking ability. However, on May 2015, his manager Sabine Kehm said to the media that his condition was slowing improving.
“His loving partner, with whom he has two children, has worked tirelessly to maintain her husband’s privacy as he faces a long road to recovery after leaving the hospital to return to their family home,” said Daily Mirror.
Schumacher’s 20th marriage anniversary was recently celebrated by his fans on Twitter.
