‘Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation’: ‘Superpower’ TV Spot Shows Tom Cruise And Simon Pegg In Death Defying Stunt [WATCH VIDEO]
Paramount Pictures and Skydance have released eight action-packed TV spots for the upcoming 2015 “Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation” film. These television spots focus on the challenging stunts in the movie. Here, we would see about the “Superpower” TV spot.
In the “Superpower” TV spot of the film, you would watch a new threat – terrorist attacks – an impossible mission – a few stunts. The video shows a brakeless car with Ethan Hunt (Tom Cruise) and Benji (Simon Pegg), being chased by people on bikes. Another scene shows Cruise jumping into about 75,000 gallons of pressurized water without wearing an oxygen mask. The last scene shows Cruise hanging on to an Airbus A400M airplane while it takes off. Cruise has allegedly performed few dangerous stunts for real in this film, reported International Business Times.
In “Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation,” we would watch a new threat – called the Syndicate, a network of highly talented operatives, trying to launch a new world order through a series of terrorist attacks, reported COMIC BOOK. Even though it seems to be the most impossible mission, Ethan Hunt and his team along with Ilsa Faust (Rebecca Ferguson), a disavowed British agent, works hard to kill the deadly Rogue Nation.
According to tv tropes, the film focuses on Ethan, an IMF agent, and his team as they combat against The Syndicate, a powerful multi-national criminal & assassins’ organization, described as “Rogue Nation.” We would see Sean Harris, Ferguson and Alec Baldwin as the newcomers in this film.
The eight TV spots of the American action spy film directed by Christopher McQuarrie are “Superpower,” “Drive,” “Ripcord,” “Too Far,” “Featurette: “Motorcycles” | Paramount Pictures International,” “Motorcycle,” “Oxygen,” and “Car Chase.”
“Rogue Nation” is the fifth installment of the “Mission: Impossible” series.
