Mr. Robot Update: New Cast Members Revealed

The series premiere or pilot of “Mr. Robot” may have already been made available online  in order to bolster buzz and to bolster the ratings of the series when it premiered on Wednesday, June 24, 2015 at 10:00 PM, but that doesn’t mean that the series if far from complete with regards to its cast. According to The Hollywood Reporter and Spoiler TV, the hacker conspiracy drama on USA Network has acquired several actors and actresses who just recently joined the cast of “Mr. Robot.”

Several websites confirmed that actress Michel Hicks has joined the cast, and will portray the role of Sharon Knowles. A recurring character in the series, Sharon is the Chief Information Security Officer of New York. She later on becomes the confidante of Philip Price, who, according to Spoiler TV, will be portrayed by actor Michael Cristofer.


Price, who often relies on Sharon’s counsel, will be another recurring character, who is also the CEO of E Corp. Portraying Price’s executive assistant is Mitchell Winter.

Actor Randy Harrison will be portraying Harry, the partner of Gideon Goddard (Michael Gill), Elliot’s (Rami Malek) boss at AllSafe.

In addition to this, The Hollywood Reporter has recently reported that actor Brian Stokes Mitchell and actress Sakina Jaffrey will also have recurring roles in “Mr. Robot.”

Brian Stokes Mitchell will be portraying the role of Scott Knowles, the wine-loving upper class husband of Sharon Knowles, who is a rival of Tyrell Wellick (Martin Wallstrom) for the position of E Corp’s Chief Technology Officer.

Meanwhile, Sakina Jaffrey will portray a former criminal prosecutor named Antara Nayar, whose former suit against Evil Corp for dumping hazardous material near a small township was tossed out. As of the start of the series, Nayar is currently a public defense lawyer, who is faced with the decision of whether it is worthwhile or worth it to re-open the old suit against Evil Corp which she did along with two other colleagues. However, the stakes are so much higher for her now as reopening the case might potentially kill her current career.
