Music Brawl! Justin Bieber and 5 Seconds of Summer Exchange a Few Contra-notes
Justin Bieber did not like what Michael Clifford said about him in the Rolling Stone interview. Apparently, Clifford had accused Bieber of being vain enough to play his own album on loop at a bash he threw for his friends and colleagues.
The Rolling Stone interviewed 5 Seconds of Summer on the day after the American Music Awards. Their interview is going to be the feature article in their January issue. Fans are already excited over the issue, knowing that the band has literally, revealed “all” for the Rolling Stone. The four musicians have reportedly unabashedly shed all their clothes for the cover and have also given a very candid interview for the magazine.
Sugarscape reports that the candid, “no-holds barred,” interview has raised heckles among their fandom and colleagues alike. The musician who was most turned off by the interview was Justin Bieber, who was portrayed as a vain musician who put his own album on loop at the party that the band members, Calum Hood, Michael Clifford, Luke Hemmings, and Ashton Irwin, had attended on the night before the interview.
“I probably shouldn’t say this, but he had his own album on loop for, like, two or three hours,” Michael Clifford had famously complained to the interviewer from Rolling Stone.
Bieber didn’t take too kindly to the comments, firing back via twitter, “Sorry guy. Don’t hate you. Don’t even know u. And are u sure u came to our party because my album wasn’t on loop? Strange.”
But the band made peace with Justin Bieber and fans with a tweet that said, “done nothing but praise ur album; no idea why that’s even in the article. big fan since the start man, take care.” Bieber retorted, “Wish u the best. Don’t use my name for headlines. U are already on the cover. U Don’t need it. Just be honest. Big hugs bud.”
