Neighbors a.k.a. Bad Neighbours Movie Review [WATCH VIDEO]

 “Neighbors” a.k.a. “Bad Neighbours,” starring Seth Rogen, Zac Efron and Rose Byrne, is a comedy about a young couple suffering from arrested development. The said couple is played by Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne. Read on for MNG’s “Neighbors” movie review and a brief synopsis of the film.

“Neighbors” Film Synopsis”


After the birth of their first child, Mac Radner (Rogen) and Kelly Radner (Byrne) move into a suburban house. Their intention was to give the child a fair upbringing in the traditional sense. But, they faced sudden problems following the establishment of a fraternity house in the adjacent residence. It was a local fraternity headed by Zac Efron and Dave Franco. An intensive and hilarious conflict between the two parties ensued.

After flimsy efforts to make nice with the noisy and hard-partying college-going young boys, the serious dispute takes shape.  The new parents are struggling with becoming good and normal parents and a group of college students who are still sticking to their childhood, are spoiling their efforts.


“Neighbors” Movie Review:

“Neighbors,” is a hardcore comedy film. It has a truly appealing premise. The film is actually about something meaningful, yet it doesn’t let its subject matter overtake the comedy. “Neighbors” is a well-made mainstream comedy that simply rocks. It is a stress buster that must be watched!

“Neighbors” is released as “Bad Neighbours” internationally. It is distributed by Universal Pictures. The comedy film is directed by Nicholas Stoller and written by Andrew J. Cohen and Brendan O’Brien. “ It is rated R for sinister language, sexual content, explicit nudity and drug use all the way through. The running time is 1 hour 36 minutes.

Aside from lead stars Zac Efron, Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne, the cast also includes Christopher Mintz-Plasse, Dave Franco, Lisa Kudrow, Craig Roberts, Carla Gallo, Andy Samberg, Akiva Schaffer, Jorma Taccone, Adam DeVine and Hannibal Buress.
