According to People Magazine, it was all for Harper’s Bazaar, as Williams’ guest-edited the latest issue and hear this; she’s also the cover girl. What could be so exceptional about covering magazines, right? Well, not when you’re Allison Williams and you posed topless on the cover!
The photoshoot incorporates an anterior shot of her outrageous abs. She also shared the photo on her Instagram page and mentioned that she was not this confident when it came to showing her body before. She also disclosed what helped her achieve her to-die-for bod now.
“I am particularly proud of this one,” she said. “For my whole life until 2 years ago, I was super self-conscious about my stomach. I dreaded bikini season. I kept it covered. Boyfriends weren’t allowed to touch it. No amount of crunches seemed to strengthen it. Then I met @ilariacavagna who introduced me to the magic and focus of Pilates. I have never felt stronger, healthier, more focused, or more feminine. Now, I love my stomach because it keeps me grounded to my core. And it’s still the same stomach! Here’s to proving yourself wrong.” she added.
The newly married TV star also opened up about her style icons and said: “When it comes to my style icons, I’ve always had a thing for the K’s: [Diane] Keaton. [Grace] Kelly. [Diane] Kruger. [Princess] Kate. Katharine [Hepburn],” she said. “They all represent sophisticated fashion that’s also full of life. After all, clothes are fun — it’s dress-up for adults.”
Williams knows that by being traditional, her style could be a little foreseeable and anticipated but explained that it is not always a bad thing. “I’d like to call my style easy, timeless, and rustic preppy (if that’s a thing), which most often translates as endless button-downs, a chic pair of boots, a good variety of sweaters, and my staple — jeans,” she said.
