Nick Gordon Files Dismissal of Bobbi Kristina Brown’s Wrongful Death Lawsuit

Nick Gordon, boyfriend of late Bobbi Kristina Brown has recently filed for dismissal of supposedly wrongful death charges that were filed against him.

The legal team of  Nick Gordon opposed the allegations that were made against him by declaring them “frivolous” and “false” according to the documents obtained by ABC News.

The estate of late Bobbi Kristina Brown, daughter of Whitney Houston had claimed during the last month that Gordon was addicted to drugs and had abused Brown in the past. He apparently stole from her too when she was in a medically induced coma.

The lawsuit filed by the estate also claimed that Nick had given a toxic cocktail to Kristina that made her unconscious in the first place.

Later on, the lawsuit states, Nick put Kristina’s face down in a tub of water which was the reason for her suffering from brain damage before she passed away.

Subsequently, Bobbi Kristina Brown was diagnosed by irreversible and global brain damage and expired due to the wrongful actions of the Defendant, the lawsuit read.

The case against Gordon was filed by Kristina’s estate, and the defendant’s legal team comprising of Jose Baez and Joe Habachy were quick to point it as both meritless and slanderous for their client.

Nick’s legal team further commented that their client was completely heartbroken and feels destroyed over the passing away of his love and it was shameful that such shameless accusations had been thrown against their client publicly.

Brown was 22 when she died in the month of July this year after being in a medical induced coma for about six months. She was found lying unconscious in a bathtub in her Georgia home where she was living with her boyfriend.

The circumstances under which her death had occurred are being investigated as of now.
