The Hunger Games series has become one of the most commercially successful series. The series has already grossed over $2.3 billion worldwide and it is not yet over, “The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2” is about to open at theaters soon. But what after Mockingjay Part 2? According to Screen Crush, in a recent interview producer Nina Jacobson revealed that the series seems just incomplete without Katniss. But provided what the author Suzanne Collins thinks, whether she wishes to continue with stories or chooses to end that. She further added that there remains nothing to portray once the Katniss story is done.
There remains no major scope for a sequel; those who have read the book are also predicting the same. The sequel to The “Hunger Games” series now seems quite unlikely. As far as a prequel is concerned, flick without Katniss is unimaginable so the prequel idea can also be discarded.
