Old Favorite Mutants Making A Comeback With ‘X-Men: Apocalypse’

Yes, the sequel to the “X-Men Days of Future Past” will have characters those were missing from few of the franchise movies and old favorite to all. As per reports, the character of Quicksilver is returning for this film and he will be seen as Magneto’s son, meaning the comic book is coming to life when it is about the relationship between a father and a son. Colonel William Stryker, another villain is also returning this time. Young Jean Grey, Storm, Angel, Nightcrawler and Cyclops will also be seen.
“X-Men: Apocalypse” will start 10 years later than the time shown in the previous installment and shed light on the younger years of those characters, how they met and what led them to stand for a side etc. “This movie is about how the X-Men truly started,” said the director of the film Brian Singer.
As far as the old stars joining the star cast talk is concerned, there are confirmed reports about James McAvoy, Jennifer Lawrence, Lucas Till, Nicholas Hoult, and Michael Fassbender reprising their roles. However, new faces like Olivia Munn, Oscar Issac, Ty Sheridan, Alexandra Shipp, Lana Candor, Kodi Smit-McPhee, and Sophie Turner have joined the starcast and will be seen portraying important characters.
The movie is all about the appearance of a very old and immortal mutant and his four followers, Magneto will be one of them and it has been said that his son Quicksilver might be seen fighting his own father and helping Charles Xavier.
The movie is slated for May 27, 2016 release.
