‘Pokemon the Movie XY 2015’ Update: Super Hoopa Unleashes 6 Legendary Pokemons

“Pokemon the Movie XY 2015” is only a couple of months away from its July release in Japan. While the U.S. version of the upcoming Pokemon movie titled, “Hoopa and the Clash of Ages” still has no news of its release in English, fans may expect for a Super Hoopa unleashing six legendary Pokemons in the so-called battle of the “Legends Vs Legends.” Read on to learn more about this scoop.

When the trailer for “Pokemon the Movie XY” came out, fans only chanced upon the legendary Hoopa tagging along with Ash, Pikachu and the rest of the gang. As previously reported, fans speculated that evil Ash would resurface in the film, as the teaser trailer showed Ash with red, glowing eyes and clenched teeth surrounded by a purple vibe. Now, all this purple vibe and evil air turns out to be the unleashing of the “unbound form” of Hoopa – “Super Hoopa.”

The plot has been revealed in a post on Serebii Forums, which claims that 100 years ago, a battle took place between Pokemons, which was started by one specific Pokemon. This Pokemon was sealed in a bottle and peace has remained in Desser city since then.

Satoshi, Pikachu and the rest of the gang chance upon the mythical Hoopa and its caretaker named Mary. Mary’s brother, Barza has the “Prison Bottle,” which holds the imprisoned Pokemon. Somehow, the imprisoned Pokemon manages to escape from the bottle and unleashes six legendary Pokemons: Primal Groudon, Primal Kyogre, Dialga, Kyurem, Palkia and Giratina.

Hoopa unleashes other legendary Pokemons using its rings to protect the city in a battle of “Legends vs. Legends” alongside Satoshi, Pikachu and the rest of the gang.

Meanwhile, Ash’s Noibat and Serena’s Eeba are expected to appear in the upcoming “Pokemon” movie. According to Serebii, Eevee was seen during the latest intro of the “Pokemon XY” anime along with a Noibat, which is expected to join Ash’s team.

The official soundtrack of the movie is Rei Yasuda’s “Tweedia.” The 70-minute film will also be preceded by the “Pikachu to Pokemon Ongakutai” (Pikachu and the Pokemon Music Band).

“Pokemon the Movie XY 2015” hits theatres in Japan on July 18. Stay tuned on Movie News Guide (MNG) for more updates.
