‘Pretty Little Liars’ To Bid Farewell After The Seventh Season? The Creator Has Spoken!
“Pretty Little Liars” is one of the most thrilling drama series to ever grace the American TV landscape. For the past seasons, the viewers were all hooked on to the plotline and suspense as to who really is the killer. In addition, there are countless factors why people have supported watching the series.
“Pretty Little Liars” resumes this year through its second half of the 6th season. According to Variety, there was a double renewal that happened for both the 6th and 7th season which was closed last summer in 2014. However, there were different clues dropped regarding to the duration of the program. Marlene King, the creator said that season 7 may be the last one in the series.
On the other hand, she has likewise opened up about the possibility of having season 8. “I think we’ll let the fans tell us what they want. We’re open to that…I’m all for it. Yes, we’re in,” she said.
But with the development of the story in the form of flashbacks and since it was already revealed, it appears like the creator is leaning more on to putting it all to its inevitable end, as mentioned by PerezHilton. “I think that this story when we’re back will end next year at the at end of Season 7,” she explained.
Marlene King also shared how close they all are in the set. Shae said that all were just like a big family as 95% of the crew was the series’ crew. They had a lot of fun. “They’re all just so sweet and charming and nice and talented. It’s exciting,” King added.
