The news from several sites hints that the fans of “Prison Break” season 5 are truly excited after getting confirmed that the show is coming back in March 2016. What is more in it is that the return of the actors Dominic Purcell and Wentworth Miller for their previous characters Lincoln Burrows and Michael Scofield adds more fuel to their excitement and expectation.
It is natural for everyone to expect a big success for “Prison Break” season 5 like more than the previous sequels. However, before a month or two there was a rumor that the show would return with a dozen of episodes. According to The Bitbag, the present confirmation was earlier released by Fox that declared that the show would be going to have a limited series consisting of 10 episodes.
Once the news broke out that Miller would reprise his role as Scofield in “Prison Break” season 5 despite being dead in the previous season, a series of questions surrounding the way how he would be resurrected is still confusing the fans. The showrunners have hinted a logical hint and convincing explanation regarding his survival that is likely to be shown in the series.
Based on their explanation, what Ecumenical News elaborates, the electrocution of Scofield must have kept him in coma for the last six years but he did not die as the voltage was not enough for that.
“Additional rumors speculate that it was done with the help of Paul Kellerman, the Secret Service agent who changed and provided crucial help to take down The Company,” the website reported.
There is another rumor in the web world that Scofield escaped from a hospital after being cured of his tumor, and since then he has been living in disguise.
There could be more possible rumors and speculations surrounding the series and mainly Scofield’s resurrection till the airing of “Prison Break” season 5 in March 2016.
