‘Real Housewives of New York’ Cast Update: Did Bethenny Frankel Ask the Producers to Fire Kristen Taekman?
“Real Housewives of New York” (RHONY) Season 7 has seen the return of some of the fan’s favorite ladies back in the Bravo reality series. While things may seem to be looking up to “RHONY” star Kristen Taekman, rumor has it that her recent fight with Bethenny Frankel has cost her a spot for the next season. Will fans no longer see Taekman in Season 8? Read on to learn more about this scoop.
Taekman may seem to be the star of the Bravo reality series’ seventh season, but it looks like her co-star Frankel still has the authority in the show. According to Page Six, Taekman is on the verge of getting cut off from “RHONY” because of her recent feud with Frankel.
“Kristen will probably not be invited back to the show because she doesn’t fit in and her story line is stale… Bethenny wants her off the show,” a source told the outlet.
The insider shared that Frankel remains to keep her authority on who stays and who goes in the Bravo reality series. It is why Taekman is highly unlikely to return for another season.
Inquisitr reported that Taekman has been with “RHONY” since Season 6. While she took the center stage during that season over her marital issues with her husband, her storyline gradually fell flat on the series later on. Taekman tried to instigate a couple of petty fights with Frankel, but the latter did not seem to care.
The Pop of Color creator recently aired her thoughts on Frankel’s recent behavior on the set of “RHONY” and wrote: “So because Bethanny is going through a divorce, I am not supposed to ask her about the trip?”
Taekman also expressed that everyone seems to be walking on eggshells whenever Frankel has her own issue.
