Reasons Why You Need To Watch ESPYs Award
Some of us are not really that fond on watching awards night. Some says it’s boring, too dramatic, too scripted…etc. but now, in “ESPYs Award”? It seems like we should all watch it and let our curiosity overflow because there are some things why we need to watch tonight’s 2015 ESPYs.
For those people who don’t know “ESPY Award”; it is presented by ESPN to recognize the performance made by those individuals, team athletes and other sports-related act.
Anyone who loves sport definitely know why it is exciting to watch this awards nights every year but tonight, maybe it will be a lot more exciting than usual…why? Let’s list it down:
One, of course! The controversial and the newly paparazzi favorite, Caitlyn Jenner! After announcing she was a transsexual woman, this will be her very first time to be in the red carpet as a lady. Though some people disagree to give her the award, well, it seems like Jenner doesn’t mind it at all since she has many supporters that you could ever imagine. She inspired the public with her courage and honesty, so maybe that’s enough to give her an honor with the “Arthur Ashe Courage Award.”
The second on the list is none other than…the talented host/actor and definitely one of the most handsome celebrity in town, Joel McHale. “The Soup” host and “Community” actor will be the night’s host. If you are familiar on how he handles a crowd, you’ll agree that he has no problem in being hilariously funny to drive the attendees and viewers crazy. You’ll definitely enjoy his presence.
Third, the United States Women National Soccer Team (USWNT) will be part of the red carpet! We all know these tough women. They dominated the women’s soccer world and in return, they will receive the “Best Team” trophy.
On our fourth list, we should spot Devon and Lea Still tonight. The inspirational father-daughter duo will be receiving the “Jimmy V Perseverance” award for the five-year-old Leah who’s been courageously battling with cancer. The little girl was diagnosed having a Stage 4 Neuroblastoma in June 2014. Since Leah won’t be in the award’s night because of her current condition, Daddy will be receiving the award and Leah will be joining her father in giving speech. It’s better to have your tissues with you.
And last but definitely not the least! The most exciting part is spotting and witnessing the famous people make face! Everyone from the basketball stars LeBron James and Mo’ne Davis to Rob Gronkowski and Britney Spears will be there! There will be so many chances for GIF’s and meems!
So there you have it! Let’s just all sit back and wait for ESPYs Awards night and don’t forget your mobile phones to trend #ESPYSAWARD.
