Rebel Wilson Is Literally on Fire! [WATCH VIDEO]

With her comedic performance on “Pitch Perfect,” Rebel Wilson has quickly climbed up the Hollywood fame ladder. Equipped with her unconventional looks and sarcastic humor, it’s no surprise why she’s one of the well-loved actresses of this generation.

Many are looking forward to “Pitch Perfect 2,” where Rebel Wilson will be showing off her witty humor and singing skills. There’s also “Night at the Museum 3,” a movie where the 28-year-old Australian actress tries a different character but with the same comedic appeal lines.

But while these are some things to look forward to, Wilson has made the audience laugh once again in a recent project she has embarked on. As she starred on the latest “Stan” promotional clip, Wilson shows that she isn’t afraid to do or be anything, even wear a quirky attire and set herself on fire.

As seen on a behind-the-scenes footage of the clip, Wilson shares that it has been “a really challenging few days” for the actress. Later on in the clip, Wilson slips into a metallic gold mermaid outfit complete with a glitzy crown and beaded necklaces. Wearing this ensemble, Wilson slides across a white tiled floor.

Giving into the requests of the director, Wilson was game to do anything for the clip. As the director requested her to show some “fishy lips,” Wilson puckers up right on cue.

Changing into a white floor-length dress entangled with a furry shawl, Wilson does something more for the clip. As she descends from the air attached to a rope, the actress tries to land on the ground as elegantly as she could.

True to her comedic fashion, Wilson manages to make the audience laugh with her silly mistakes. Mistaking an artificial grape to be real, she swallows on it. And when she stands outside a pool, the actress catches fire and hurriedly runs to the pool to extinguish the fire.

The promotional clip is for a new TV service called “Stan,” which is a venture between Fairfax media and Channel Nine. Previously called “Streamco,” this will be a subscription video service set for monthly service payments to provide films, music and box set TV series to users that avail of the service.
