Ronda Rousey Takes Down Carl’s Jr. New Sandwich Commercial With A Coyly Smile

Ronda Rousey is the newest recognized personality to be featured in a Carl’s Jr. advertisement. Read on for more details.

Carl’s Jr. on their official Twitter account posted a gif image of the UFC champion with the caption, “Congrats on another big win, @RondaRousey. Can’t wait to introduce people to your sweet side in 30 days.”

Rousey will be joining Carl’s Jr. and its bevy of female celebrity endorsers which has consisted of Kim Kardashian, Kate Upton, and Paris Hilton. The 28-year-old California native is expected to replace model Charlotte McKinney as the new foodie diplomat as again confirmed from the social media post.

However, according to Cosmopolitan, Rousey’s Carl’s Jr. campaign is unlike any other good commercials from the well-known fast-food restaurant chain.  The footage is not synonymous with scantily clad vixens that look powerless from brutish me. This time, the champ took down the combo of a Cinnamon Swirl French Toast Breakfast Sandwich. This so-called breakfast of champions is made up of eggs, sausage and cheese topped with maple syrup. Carl’s Jr. further shakes up the morning eating ritual as the stuffings are jam-packed inside two enormous pieces of cinnamon swirl French toast.

Rousey though as per Carl’s Jr. tradition gives a huge bite off the heavyweight sandwich after she flashes a gorgeous smile. The commercial goes in and out of merged footages of Rousey sporting a black sports bra, the hardcore sandwich meal and some captivating black-and-white videos of the champion in her training.

What makes the vibe of the Carl’s Jr. foodie commercial akin to an octagon match is that legendary UFC announcer Bruce Buffer brings his towering voice along for the ride with Rousey.

Rousey has blitzed her way in the UFC with her previous fights with Cat Zingano. It lasted only 14 seconds with an armbar and a 34 seconds pounding of Bethe Correia.

With all these accolades, Rousey has also previously ventured in her first real acting role in “Entourage” via Latin Post.  Her timely wit supplied more than just a punch to one of the leading characters named Turtle.
