‘Scandal’ Season 4 Episode 14 Spoilers
“Scandal” Season 4 Episode 14 titled, “The Lawn Chair,” is said to be the show’s most powerful episode this season. What can fans expect on “Scandal’s” upcoming episode? Read on for more details.
“Scandal” returns to ABC with an all-new episode titled, “The Lawn Chair,” which will air on March 5.
ABC says that the upcoming episode is bound to be the “most scandalous” in the season’s episodes, writes Christian Post.
In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, “Scandal” creator, Shona Rhimes, said that the upcoming episode will show a different Olivia, which has never been seen before. In the last episode, Olivia Pope has gone through quite a traumatic experience after being kidnapped and auctioned worldwide.
Olivia will be back at Washington D.C., where she is expected to take a break after her traumatic experience, but she finds herself taking on a case of father accusing a white policeman of murdering his son.
Olivia’s intense confrontation with the father immensely affects her. According to Venture Capital Post, critics and fans of the show are predicting that this is exactly what Olivia needs in order for her to move on from her post-traumatic stress ordeal and get her back as a Gladiator.
Reports also say that Lena Dunham might make a guest appearance on the show’s upcoming episode. Christian Post reported that Dunham will have a “short but pivotal role linking her to the OPA.”
Stephen Finch (played by Henry Ian Cusick), one of Olivia’s Gladiators, is also rumored to be making a comeback on the show. Finch disappeared in Season 2 and 3.
In the final episodes of Season 1, Stephen told Olivia that he wanted to tell Georgia about his extensive sexual history, hoping that she would break off their engagement. However, the show proceeded without Stephen, saying that Georgia didn’t break off their engagement and he went on and moved to Boston with her.
According to IBTimes, Stephen is rumored to be making a comeback on the show because his name was mentioned in episode 12. The outlet cited that it was odd for the characters to lightly mention Stephen’s name when Jake found Quinn sitting on Harrison’s office.
Bellamy Young, who plays Mellie, also took her excitement on the show’s upcoming episode and tweeted that the “The Lawn Chair” will be “EPIC!”
