Scandal Spoilers: Olivia And the Team Wake Up to a Disturbing Call

The all-new sneak preview of “Scandal” shows Olivia Pope and the team waking up to a 4 a.m. call. It’s not just any ordinary call though, as spoilers tease that something huge is bound to happen to Olivia and the rest of the team. Read on to learn more about this scoop.

Everyone knows how hard it is to wake up in the wee hours of the morning and in this all-new sneak preview of “Scandal,” Olivia Pope and the rest of the team wake up to a disturbing phone call.

E! News released a new clip, which showed Olivia (Kerry Washington) waking up to a phone call at four in the morning. She checks on the caller ID and shock immediately registers on her face.

She Knows describes the upcoming episode as a “complicated game of telephone,” wherein Olivia sets off a series of phone calls to the rest of her team.

The clip shows that whoever the caller is and whatever the caller told Olivia, it’s bound to drop some bomb out there, as Abby’s boyfriend, Leo puts it: “You don’t go in at 4 a.m. unless something big happened.”

As if Leo’s comments weren’t enough to clues to the big revelation that’s bound to take place on the Thursday episode of “Scandal,” Cyrus’ reactions were also hinting that something big happened. He asks Liv to repeat what she just said and even slams the table.

“What? Are you f***ing kidding me,” Cyrus shouts in the clip.

The outlet noted that out of all the Gladiators, Huck was noticeably absent and did not receive any calls. Does this shocking call have anything to do with Huck?

The outlet reported that this might mean that the B613 secrets have already been revealed earlier than what most fans and viewers were expecting.

This shocking teaser trailer came in just in time when “Scandal” was reportedly losing its popularity among fans. According to The Wrap, ABC’s “Scandal” dropped by 11 percent on its last episode, falling behind CBS’ NCAA airing.

The outlet noted though that ABC usually loses its viewers during this time of the year because most of its viewers are on Spring break.

An all-new episode of “Scandal” airs on Thursday, March 26 at 9 p.m. on ABC. Stay tuned on Movie News Guide (MNG) for more updates.
