Serena Williams’ Beau Rapper Drake Creates A Scene At New York Fashion Week
Fans of the tennis champion Selena Williams have started taking out their frustration on her new beau rapper Drake after Roberta Vinci smashed her dream for a Grand Slam at the U.S. Open Semi-Final. After her defeat, she recently unveiled her Spring 2016 collection at the New York Fashion Week show. During the Williams’ HSN Signature Statement show everyone, including her beau, was stunned seeing her voguish sexy outfit. However, Drake, who was sitting in the front row with models Lily Aldridge, Gigi Hadid and Vogue’s Anna Wintour, is presently confronting criticisms for creating an unexpected scene at the show.
According to Page Six, the 28-year-old rapper was at the front row and suddenly left the place to visit the backstage. His intention was later understood that he wanted to congratulate Williams for her performance and he was spotted kissing her hand. But suddenly he emerged very upset and angry too. He moved from the backstage into runway area and approached the DJ who had reportedly played an explicit version of his popular song “Back to Back.” But the DJ kept raising his hands as if he tried to convince Drake that it was not his fault as he was instructed to play his song.
“I played the mix I was given. This is what they gave me,” the noticeably disturbed and insulted DJ was heard to explain Drake the fact.
Drake and Williams seem to have grown with a good level of understanding unlike earlier back to 2011 when his mistake compelled Williams to throw him out of her life. On Monday, they were spotted having dinner at Bagatelle with Drake’s agent and said to have bowled till 2:30 a.m. at Lucky Strike.
Straits Times claimed the rapper Drake as a possible bad luck charm. Star Magazine’s Jamelle Bouie tweeted that “Drake may need to stay out of the public eye for the next month or so, lest he gets got.”
