Shockingly Beyoncé Sued For Larceny, Court Documents Reveal
Many people can only dream of the fame and money owned by Beyoncé, but as per the latest news, it seems that she still has a knack of stealing things. The sensational singer and superstar are stealing her own songs and she does not pay any compensation for it. Read on for more details.
This will come as a surprise to millions of Beyoncé fans, but a lawsuit has been filed by Cheareen Jones in Kings Country, New York against Beyoncé. The problem is that according to Jones, the sensational singer has stolen her songs “Irreplaceable,” “Sweet Dreams” and “Listen.” Jones has claimed that these songs had been created by her while she was in church.
According to radaronline.com, Jones went on to complain that she thinks that the church has misused its right and robbed her. This is the reason as to why she has filed a community larceny crime. Beyoncé has used songs that she does not own and she is bewitching herself in my image and that is a serious offense, something of which should be brought to the court.
According to trendolizer.com, Jones has demanded a compensation of ten billion dollars from Beyoncé because of the theft and alleged crime against her. Jones has also asked for a list of laundry co-defendants including Carly Rae Jepson, Rihanna and Mariah Carey.
Jones justifies the amount demand by her as compensation saying that it is equivalent to the money generated by Beyoncé from using her songs. It also includes the physical, psychological and emotional distress, which has been caused for stealing things again and again. On top of all this, Jones has also asked for complete ownership of the Barclays Center. The case will be heard in Brooklyn, NY on Nov. 18, 2015. Hope everything is justified and things become crystal clear.
